To Place A Wholesale Order
We want the ordering process to be as simple as you would like it to be. You can either directly place your orders via the wholesale website or if you prefer to speak to a sales representative, feel free to be in touch. All contact information is listed below.
All prices listed are wholesale prices. Prices shown in Euros and British Pound are final prices with all taxes and duties paid within the European Union. All other territories are subject to local sales tax and or duties. All orders destined for Canada are shipped with a NAFTA certificate Of Origin. Canada orders are still subject to local sales tax where applicable.
We do not have dollar minimums on any orders. All we ask is that you commit to a size range in any one item when you place your initial order.
All delivery charges are calculated based on the size of your order. We offer discounted shipping rates via USPS, UPS and DHL Worldwide Express. We do not mark up our delivery charges and pass our outstanding rates directly onto you.
How Long Does It Take To Process and Ship an Order?
Typically, Anjali has all inventories in stock and wholesale orders are sent within five business days. If any items are out of stock or in production, we will be in contact with your buyer within two business days.
Our suggested retail price is listed on the Line Sheets which are accessible through the website. As a general rule, we recommend that your retail price be at least double the wholesale price. In some cases, we recommend a higher retail price though as a margin builder for your store.
Refunds & Exchanges
Anjali cannot do exchanges or refunds on wholesale items. We keep our wholesale minimums small in order to minimize the risk to each retailer. When starting out with Anjali products, place small orders initially in order to find out the taste of your clientele.
If, upon receipt of your Anjali order, you find a damaged or defective item, contact customer service at email@example.com immediately and we will send a replacement.
Anjali needs to be informed of any errors within two business days of delivery. We encourage you to inventory and examine all orders as soon as you receive them.
